Yup, my wife and I got a barrage of messages to one another all at once. I thought of it as VM's way of notifying us.

is it them solar flares acting up again? I have noticed our cable TV has been acting up bad like a sat dish system on a bad stormy day the last few days and its been sunny clear. [cable is just re-broadcasted sat TV, which does get effected by weather]

Anyone,
I have the LG Optimus V and my 3G isn't working at all. I called Virgin yesterday and I went through their steps and nothing. I have tuned phone on/off, did battery pull and have toggled between airplane mode and nothing. They said they were sending something to their headquarters. A guy I work with has the same phone and it is showing 3G on his phone. Anyone have any ideas? Please share. Thank you.

Try using your activate app if you haven't tried that. I believe I've seen posts where that has helped people with the 3G problem.

You might have to use the activate app a few times before you notice you 3G arrows functioning properly. When this happens, reboot (turn power off then back on) to make it stick.

3G is working now. I did the activate button and it said error. Rebooted the phone and now 3G is working. THANK you everyone.
