Works fine for me to....and that might be Metro's fault, I had that issue randomly happen to me whenever I have a bad signal and sometimes even with a good signal.

It could also be that the person sending you the messsages sent it once and then it said "Message not sent" and it actually did send (android issue) and then the person sends it again....
 
Alright, guys.. Uploaded version 0.3. Check the changelog for details. you shouldn't have to flash the MMS fix anymore. :)
 
I was on 0.1 and now I'm on 0.3 :D its quicker. The music app worked, for about 5 seconds. I have wiped ans reinstalled rom with same problems. The messages being received is still twice. I'm not really worried about the music app. As I can simply remove and install Google music. But the double messages for every single person does get annoying. The music app tends to work the first time after boot, then when it reads from SD card it automatically force closes.
 
Sooo what I found out was messaging app had to be frozen by titanium backup which then worked for me :D the other I couldn't freeze due to the fact its messaging/contacts sooooooo I'm grateful to have that. Just because its both and also looks stylish on this ;)

Yeah. I figured that out a while ago, but I couldn't get to my computer. What I would have reccommended, though is using this in adb.

just flash ur Tom looks great but I have a problem I get no internet at all just flashed the lastest build? and the music app force close soon as I try and open it

did you flash MMS?? that fixed internet for some people but at the moment it causes a double text notification, we're working on it.

The music app, we are unsure what caused that problem, it worked fine in the first build :/
 
yea ur going to have to flash it seperate still...we're not sure if the built-in one works because me and Primed both dont have service...
 
Ok so this is the thread of the Optimus V ROM we ported this ROM from
[ROM][2.3.7]LeWa Port! 3.2.2 - xda-developers

In THAT thread, it says Music Player FC's (Force Closes).
So it doesn't look like music app will be fixed until its fixed on that ROM.
Also the Optimus V ROM we ported this from was ported from the HTC Hero and that ROM also has the Music Player FC's.
So until the Music Player FC's are fixed on the HTC Hero and then on the Optimus V, there will be no fix until then, but we do know what is causing the double texts. Either me or Primed will release the fix to that sometime tomorrow.
 
Thank you for being patient with us, and we're sory it's taking so long to get this fixed, but it's pretty hard for both me and sammyz because both of our phones don't have service on them. But stay with us, and we'll try our best to get this fixed. :)

This should fix double text notifications
I also added Play Music app since MIUI music player doesn't work...
I also added out of the box MMS fix by PlayfulGod instead of reppard, try it.
If it doesn't work make sure you go to APNs and make sure it's checkedmarked
 
So far looking well :D The google music app doesnt interact with any of the buttons when its playing music. The little buttons at the lockscreen to play and stop music. Ohhhhhh But no biggie. I always have to enable the Data apns though.

What would you guys recommend i overclock to on this ROM? I just want my phone to run smooth on this ROM :]
