This isn't a hoax to get my hopes up that I could buy the N1 from VZW is it? :confused: Pleaaaaaase say it's not! :D

I think it looks like the HTC desire only with chrome around it? or is the sweet tea vodk effin me up? :eek:

Most of the pictures are the Bravo/Desire....the one in the hand that is different is the Legend -- you can see the silver aluminum around the screen. I agree, I like that phone. Not the red and black monstrosity!

Yaa. I didn't realize they had a gallery of the Legend too :o (and to be honest, i didnt take a good look at the pic, which i should have, before i posted.. after a second look, i realized my answer right away) .. Minus the bottom half, it looks like the Increible from the top. Wish our phone looked like that instead:mad:

Just curious, what categories did you choose when you e-mailed VZW. I have gotten the same message twice (literally), except with a different name on the CS agent. Either that, or I'm asking the wrong questions..

A. I receive a monthly statement
B. Phones and Acessories
C. Phone Upgrade Eligibility

I think those were it, the wording may be off but if you go to the site it will make sense.

Ok maybe thats why. I have played the role of a "potential customer" twice, figuring that maybe if I told them I was on ATT and would like to switch, that they'd be more leinant in what they were willing to share. Apparently that was not the case. Ill try that combo.. i'm running out of e-mails i can use!

haha, when you do the official customer they ask for your number, last 4 of SSN like they knows its serious and can see how long you have been their customer. They check your acct. Took them all day to respond. Plus if you are ultra polite in the e-mail it can't hurt. ;)

I don't think she is confusing anything. Quite the opposite I think she is trying to differentiate between the N1 and Incredible. The fact she goes from "Google Nexus" to "Google Device" and then "our new Google device" after a break about keeping up with technology leads me to think she's knowingly talking about 2 different products.

I noticed that too, and I also believe she knows about both devices.

The truth is out there. Also they're not supposed to talk about products they haven't released. Everyone knows the N1 is coming to Verizon, so she knows that. She also seems to know a new Android phone is coming. Does she know the name? Maybe yes, maybe no. If she does know the name she would probably only have some rudimentary knowledge of the phone. 17 days til CTIA.

Your letter to VZW was asking questions specifically about the N1. I don't see how she could confuse it. I hope not, anyway.
 
Now if Verizon does not offer the N1 in store don't blame me haha, you saw what I was told. I am NOT trying to mislead anyone. lol
