My nails are always plain old pink n' white acrylic, but they can almost pick the color out for me when I come in. It's always pink, sparkly and BRIGHT. You wouldn't think there would be so many colors that meet those criteria, but I assure you...there are. :D

I have finished my lowered days. Had a lowered Z06 and got tired of dealing with the slow, angled entries and exits. Plus I have switched to performance mods exclusively on my vehicles. Although my current vehicle is stock.

Evening all. So I had my yearly evaluation today. Let's just say I wasn't too happy with the outcome. A bit of a bummer on that and my meager raise. Ugh, I need some sleep. Night all.
 
Morning everyone. Looks like a couple (not so) surprising upsets last night in the Tournament. Little bit surprised on MSU's loss, but Louisville is always a solid contender. Syracuse is gonna be gone soon though they just skated by.
Will have to make sure I get to watch my Heels stomp Ohio tonight!
(and I won't stay up for it, but I'm especially excited about the Kentucky/Indiana game, should be awesome)
 
Morning everyone. Not off to a wonderful start, I got chick-fil-a this morning, my one splurge of the week, and they got my order wrong... So disappointing. Oh well hopefully the day gets better, my son has his first T-ball game tonight, should be fun (even though they take all the competition out of it). Of course it is also friday, so there's that!
 
Dreadnatty and Antimony have not had a great last 24 hours. Something is in the air. I went to Starbucks and realized I forgot my wallet at home. No cash, no credit card, no license.

I have an old bag of peanuts in the trunk for lunch, I think.

Well that's a bunch of us with bad days :(

Yet ANOTHER stupid CFL burned out in my kitchen - that's 3 out of 6 in a year! :mad:

I am officially OVER CFLs. Just ordered 6 LEDs to replace them...

Plus the amplifier in my conversion van is letting the smoke out so no sound at all and the Darling Bride has a trip coming up - THAT needs repaired or replaced real quick.

Sure, it's not as bad as you guys, but I thought I'd chime in too.

At LEAST it's the weekend... for you guys anyway. As a retiree, every day's a Monday for me :p
 
For all of us One Way Audio Issue folks, maybe a fix is really coming . Verizon is updating the Samsung Droid Charge and the change log say:
"+ Complete calls without experiencing choppy audio, clicking noises and/or
one-way audio noises." Maybe they are working on the same for us and possibly since this is also a Samsung device it really is a Samsung bug and they do know how to fix it. Well, we can hope, right?

I have been doing the exact same thing, I just wish they used English to describe the softness and what led bulbs are comparable to incandescent. I'm not an electrical engineer and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

BTW, LED's instant on kicks butt over CFL
 
Good morning all! So my day isn't really bad - just annoying. I spent yesterday afternoon cleaning our shipping room only to come in today to find that one of the lovely morons apparently doesn't know know how to use a garbage can. So there is now a snarky note up telling them that a garbage can is the large cylinder with a black bag in it. Next step is to forget to order supplies.

Hoping to see 4.0.5 released into AOSP soon though so devs can start building on it.

Love the Chic! Interestingly enough it is the only fast food drive-thru where I have pulled up to get my order and the car ahead of me paid for it. Left such an impression I do that now for the car behind me how cool is that!

Have a good wknd and gl in the game. I'm going house shoppin' and fixing the toilet :D

Pretty cool story Chick-fil-A, their shakes are incredible too! Secret ingredient to marinating the chicken.....pickle juice :D
 
Must be Friday the 13th. Just got some potentially troubling/bad news myself. Awaiting some follow-up responses on that situation....
