Root Need urgent help!

I have my phone rooted and whatnot and my issue is that I installed Rom manager and thought that I installed a rom and I deleted the stock rom, now I go into my files and can't find the rom and i've tried everything I need help ASAP. If anybody knows how to help please let me know, and maybe i'm missing something but where can you find the rom file? and to move up and down you hit the volume and to select is the power button correct? I'm just making sure i'm doing everything right..

hold both volume buttons down while holding the power button once u feel it vibrate and c thu lg logo let go the power button only u should get another screen asking to reset etc... hit the power button then its gonna ask to confirm hit power button again.k know u should b in cwm scroll down to backup and restore then go to restore c if ur bckup rom is in there
 
I'm having major issues right now, this is the only thing I think that will help, can I plus in my phone and download a rom onto my computer then install it onto my sd card then install it?

k download the rom u want from ur pc once it done dl plug in ur phone and put it to mass storage drag that rom u dl to ur sd card thats it un pliug ur phone and reboot to cwm when installing a rom u have to wipe data/factory reset,wipe cache,wipe dalvik cache u could find dalvik cache in advanced thats it
 
To be honest I have no idea anymore..Like it seems as if everything I have is gone, I am stuck on that menu where it's like files, I can't even get the phone on in any manner
 
Why not put your SD card into your computer and transfer the files to it from there. Then put the SD card back in your phone and boot in CWM and install the rom?

If you can get into CWM, you can install a ROM.
 
Your posting between 2 posts about the same thing. Focus on ONE post before you start getting confused. :D

Put your SD card in your computer. Transfer the ROM to the SD card. Put it back in your phone and boot into CWM. Install ROM.

To boot into CWM. Hold Vol up and Vol down at the same time while pressing the power button. I usually press power first and wait for the LG logo and then press the Vol Up and Vol down buttons (Press in the middle so you know you got both pressed) and hold them until you see the reset screen. It will ask to reset your phone. Press 3 times. Will then boot into CWM. A screen with Blue text also known as recovery.
 
I can't figure this out . I downloaded roms onto my sd card and can't figure out how to apply them, I keep going to install zip from sdcard theb choose zip then i click the file and instal but nothing happens after..

Member not to extract the ROM or anything. When you download it just drag and drop it into ure. Sd.
 
Try to install through rom manager go to download in app draw and hit it and choose install through rom manager

Yeah I tried everything once again and I have no luck..i'm thinking about just trying to sell it on ebay im sure one of you guys can figure it out but i cant
