Root Best battery saver

I don't think it's the ROM as much as it's how you use and setup the phone. If you overclock to max, it doesnt matter what ROM you have the battery life is gonna suck.

I've tried them all and I always went back to GSE. I keep my CPU underclocked to 600-700ish and I also use juice defender ultimate in conjunction. I get a full day's use out of my battery.

With that being said, if your the type that is on your phone constantly it doesnt matter what you do your going to eat up battery. Little things like screen brightness, animations, wifi and GPS all aid in a better battery life. So with that being said all the ROMs are great but it's how YOU use the phone. ;)

Download data enabler. It will save more battery than any ROM or kernel. I found any b version to be hard on battery. If your not on d version flash the stock version of whatever your on. Upgrade root and backup. Make a copy of backup outside of phone. Remember to disable data when not using it.

With that being said, 2xbattery IS pretty dank. :@)

if ur on zvb u could use ldk ick 1.4 with homeless kernel 1.3 u will save lots of battery i was getting about 15 to 20 hrs with heavy use also extended battery

data enabler is not good i recommend 2xbattery u can set up automatically to turn date off when phone goes off

I Use Tasker. I have it set up to only turn on data on selected apps. For example, I unlock my phone and my data it's still off. On the other hand with 2x battery or JD it enables data when phone is unlocked.
You can also use tasker for tons of other things. Give it a try, keep in mind it likes 6 bucks!

juice defender hands down! i have ultimate version and tweaked it to my liking & i always have about 50% or more at the end of the day. its well worth it. :)

The paid version of battery 2x?

im on zvd running ld-lg zvc 1.3 and i get around 15 hours on stock battery and ive got as good as 17 hours a few times. that being said i have my phone in airplane mode for 8 hours while i work and i have only my weather widget and thats it. i also have practicly no apps on my phone at the moment ( just flashed about a week ago and havent had the time to set and play with it).

Juice defender

This is the one thing I save the most juice with. I bought the ultimate and it is amazing to say the least. Cuts off data when the screen is off and cuts it on instantly when i unlock the phone. As well as a million other features I can use to further save batter.

Get this app, dont overclock and you are good.

best anything for battery would be a good kernel and a safe user :D

I use "Go launcher EX" and they have "Go switch" and "Go power master"

Using both of those my battery can last up to 30 hours with standard use. Means texting all day, moderate use of 4G, a couple hours of google music, normal call use, a game or two.

These programs allow you to choose a setting or make a custom one that lower your screen brightness, turn off 4G until you need it, turn off running programs with one tap and many other things.

Mine says 34 hours left right now when it is fully charged. I always get back home from work (8-10 hours) with 35-70% battery depending on my use. I always get at least 18 hours battery even if I use it a lot and more than my standard use.

I have tried all the other battery savers, these 2 are the best when you combine them.

The switch lets you manually turn on/off 4G, wifi, adjust brightness, screen timeout, bluetooth, etc. the widget has all of this with 1 click and many more.

The power master lets you one click turn off running programs, also lets you set a mode, each mode will automatically turn off different things or lower things to save battery. It also shows you how much battery time you have left and shows what is using the most battery as far as hardware and software and other useful info.

With this setup I feel like I have 3 batteries now and never even bring my charger with me anymore(was a must when I never used this).

I'm interested to see a screen shot of the battery graph one it's down to like 10 or 15 left.

Once you already have both of those think of how much MORE battery you can save. ;)
