Root Monster 4.0 Theme Update Fixed!!!

Edit: if you flashed the first one and got a yellow volume bar and dark contacts this is the fixed version. everyone can flash this it makes the theme far better..



Hey guys as you know I did the theming on monster 4.0 Ive been trying to figure something out for along time and after hours and hours of trial and error and editing xmls i figured out what i wanted to do. Here is an update to the theme that makes it look more ics like. Hopefully nobody rips this theme off and calls it their own like my other one. I have changed the default black android background to the ics background which was no easy task. It makes the theme far better because everything is not so black. hope you enjoy!! Please let me know what you think

whats different? just asking cause the new ics theme looks the same as the theme that is on the original monster 4.0 i flashed 2 days ago. great work on the whole ROM btw


*EDIT* Any chance of making a "monster energy" theme?? (im a HUGE monster energy fan and obsessive drinker)
 
Hey bud idk if you noticed but most of the downloading bars are back to yellow and the menu background and icons are grey and white, not black and transparent how I just had them on Monster 4.0 before I flashed this. I like how the is not so black anymore but a lot of the icons like in the contacts are gray and it's really hard to see...

so just the volume bar and contact icons right?

the black background is not black anymore it fades to grey like ics. like in settings or contacts or phone or whatever
 
the new theme has subtle yet promising changes. i like it alot so far. awesome job with the theme. thanks for all you do paris

hopefully you flashed the fixed version. I just put it up. if you download the one that says fixed its the right one

i did flash the fixed version. i dont think people say it enough so once again thank you for all you do and i am looking forward to seeing more badass themes from you

Thank you very much it means alot to me. I put alot of time into this. It always feels good when someone appreciates what you do. I am glad you like it. I will do my best to get some more good themes out!
 
Sweet im flashing Monster 4 right now. So this theme came right in time... I loved monster 3, so lets see if i love this one... Will post once it's setup. Thanks Again Paris :)

No prob.. flash this after you flash monster 4 it will fix some things in the theme and make it look better
 
Dude You are so good at what you do and this Ics Theme Looks so good and just like the original one on the nexus, only if you could make the setting look like Ics you will be in there. Soon You should Post your themes on the market:D

Thanks alot bro. I am gonna spend most of my time theming for themechooser soon I just have to figure out what I have to do to sell things on the market and how it all works and how you get paid and all that. but it is something i really want to do and soon!

From an odex frame and system of course not. You need the deodexed framework Res and systemui from any of the monsters and it should work. I used the uot kitchen to theme the first monster and partially 3.0

Havent flashed the fix yet but will later today, i have busy for the past 2 days... Trying to download all the apps that i had before. That's the only thing i hate about flashing new ROM's it deletes everything...

Before you say it, i dont trust backing up my stuff. What's the point everything important is saved to the Sd-Card.

Thanks again, tho Paris... I'm loving the new Monster, my battery lasts. And the blue is awesome...

you wont lose anything this isnt a rom. it just makes the theme of the rom. you wont have to make a backup just flash it. all it does is update the theme. trust me you will like it let me know what you think when you flash it.

Paris played a major part in the monster 4. If it wasn't for his theme I highly doubt it wouldn't be as cool as it is. Lol
