Mass Effect 3

Did you take him on the Thessia mission towards the end of the game, he had a lot to say there and gave some pretty cool insight in to the back story & Asari.

I took him everywhere after I acquired him, so yeah I likely took him with me to Thessia. He replaced Liara in my crew once I got him.

Liara is required for Thessia though^

Anyways, anyone here play MP? might be fun to get an AF gang game together.

He must have replaced Garrus on that specific mission then. I literally did take him everywhere after I got him. I loved his biotic slam/decay skills. That was Liara's homeworld mission, correct?

In any event, my XBL tag is the same as my AF name. Add me if you want to kick some tushy in ME3 MP. I only have time to play on Saturday (just an fyi).

You should watch the AngryJoe re-hash of that video^ It's less dramatic music, more narration about "IT"

Spoilers:

Anyways, as for Mulitplayer, do they separate Xbox/PS3/PC? I need to change my origin ID to something that makes a bit more sense then will post it. never thought it would show in game....

Also I should say I'm just venturing into silver, with only moderate success.

Lol, if you are having only moderate success on Silver - you definitely don't want to try gold. It is RIDICULOUSLY difficult.

^ I'm starting to get better :D But I need some decent gear I think. If my Widow II was a Widow IX or X I think i'd do a bit better (that and with some practice :) )

I've used Javik much more on my second (Infiltrator) playthrough and have to agree with both his usefulness and his ability to flesh out the back story. I'm calling a halt before committing to the endgame though, just in case the forthcoming free DLC tinkers with the stats.

That might tempt me, but as I'm on PC and Origin is stupidly non-crossplatform..... :(

Yeah, I'm about 3/4 through my 2nd playthrough but don't want to finish it just in case the DLC isn't save game friendly. I will play it through a 3rd time eventually, but not so soon after the first and second playthroughs.

In saying that, in light of Dragon Age being pants (and I was really looking forward to that too), I started ME1 again yesterday.

Great minds think alike. ;)

Hehe, I finished my Vanguard playthrough of ME2 this afternoon so I can play with the ME3 biotics. I thought the save was corrupt as his stats were pants.... then remembered that he wasn't an ME1 import. :o

I may do a "trilogy run" myself in a few months with a completely new class; Engineer probably.

Lol, you brave souls you. I'm a one and doner with SP games. Beat it as a soldier and that's all she wrote folks!

i'm with ya. I beat games once and then rarely have the urge to replay it. (sometimes, I'll replay it on a harder difficulty to get an achievement, though)

You're missing out on a lot, in that case. Not only can your offensive/defensive tactics change completely, taking different crewmates to various locations reveals more backstory. Both playthroughs so far have been completely different experiences.... so much so that the 'ending' will be completely different simply due to what's gone before.

Meh, it's not like you get tons of usable characters anyways. I use the different classes when I play MP and that's satisfactory for me.

What class are you using?

My two that use the widow are:

Salarian Infiltrator (L20)
Salarian Engineer (L20)

I also have:

Human Engineer (L20)
Asari Vanguard (L20) This is probably my "main"
Human Adept (L20)
Human Sentinel (L20)
Turian Soldier (L20)

All good fun. I play the Salarians and the Asari the most probably. I love the Human Sentinel and Adept too. But gear-wise I'm lacking. Only a Phalanx VI or.... the other heavy pistol I cant think of the name. The one just "lower" than Paladin. I have the version II of that.

I'm on PC as well so i guess we can see who all is on PC/XBOX whatever and go from there :D

360 here. I think the majority are on 360 lol.

You have to try the Krogan Soldier. Damn guy is a tank. I just melee everything. Forget using actual guns.

Meh, it's not like you get tons of usable characters anyways.

It's still primarily an RPG, so the opportunities for variation are almost limitless. Plus there must be, what, around 50 NPCs (outside the seven/eight Normandy squadmates) with unique dialogue which changes depending on Shepard's prior history.

There again, I put nearly 300hrs into three playthroughs of Fallout 3 and over 200 into two with Fallout: New Vegas so I'm definitely biased towards role-play. :)

my Origin ID is (PM me) so you should be able to add me that way if anyone wants to try some AF ME3 MP!

Though I dont have a mic around atm but i'll prob pick one up soon.

I'm on PC btw.

Also what the... at Krogan Vanguard? That's going to be so OP. :D
