Root i guess we forgot zvb & zvc

i love all the new work coming out zvd but what about the people who havent updated cause they didnt need to i wish i could help out
 
Also zvd is the version that makes the esteem stable and prolongs battery life

idk about that on zvc i got alot off hours off my stock battery and i use my phone lol honestly i wish i never updated but what mt did really change the game up by re doing the clock and the battery and 4g symbol i just think others would like that to
 
Updating to ZVD wont harm anything, if anything make it better or at least different. I updated to ZVD when I had a great running ZVB just to excite myself with the new ROMs, themes and kernels that were coming out. I am having a good time with it as well. Oh, and still no problems.
 
actually ull be surprised im still on zvb and ive flashed everything from roms to kernels and themes and they work great on zvb regardless if they were meant for anything higher than zvb.
 
Not sure but all of my Zvd roms worked fine on zvb. So i don't see why new version items wouldn't work on previous versions.

No the opposite obviously wouldn't work because you would lose whatever the update was intended for.

I can disagree with that. I updated and lets just say I restored GSE within 24 hours. It literally took 6-10 seconds to open SMS

ZVD isn't all cracked up to whats it supposed to be.


Best set up hands down is ZVB with GSE. I've tried EVERYTHING and that setup owns it all. Thinking of downgrading but BrokenOut on ZVD is fairly close so far so I might stick with it. All the rest are meh.......

I never liked GSE, think that kind of stuff is personal taste, not actual performance.

It is taste for sure. But it was always first in the polls so I'm sure that accounts for something :D

But it hates my phone on zvd and I'm sure that plague version isn't that much different. Goes to show everything varies phone to phone for all the noobs asking "what's better?". Lol
 
i just think that someone should give the same love to zvb, zvc, the new style for zvd is hot and i just think that some ppl would love to have it

what dou you mean dont need to? just because your not experiencing a reboot issue, there more than 1 reason for an update.. just do it, its a good update, all newest/greatest development is being done on/for it and most likely will remain to be so.. why not?

i strongly disagree... tho gse on zvb was the sh*t, it was still an older release of what this phone is truely capable of.. no offense to anyone, its just the truth.. its old now lol annnnd it is somewhat still overfilled with some useless background cpu/battery hogging stuff.. we have kernels for zvd with same overclocking capablilities + more (better) things zvb did not have, not to mention what was added by the 'greats'!! i mean it almost makes no sense not to upgrade, PG & MT are working with zvd for a reason.. i understand change is sometimes hard.. but the short and curly of it all is... gse is just a theme bro.. thats all ur going back to..

My phone hated zvd stock, over clocked, or flashed. I would try to open SMS to send a text and it'd literally take 10 seconds to open the SMS app. Everything was lagging horribly, restored GSE over D and back to zero problems. It lagged for me from start up after the update, sat on it and played with it for over a day before I restored GSE
