Help wifi problem: it connects automatically to a neighbour's wifi

Hi there,
my phone is Samsung Galxy sII and recently I've a problem: my wifi automatically connects with a wifi signal that I haven't password. So doesn't work!!
I don't know why but in my room (and in other place) if the neighbour's signal is better than mine, when I turn on wifi it automatically connects to this (not mine) signal, the wifi indicator remains grey (without any white line of signal) but NOT switch to my wifi and internet don't work (cause I haven't my neighbour's password :) )
PS: my connection's password is memorized in my phone, in fact if I manually switch to my wifi internet works!!

I've downloaded app called wifi manager, I've bought pro version but situation remain the same....

before to try a factory reset I hope any suggestion...

best regards Ste!

try deleting your neighbours network in the network list. might do the trick. long press on their network and the option, amongst others should be one to forget network.

already done but nothing....
if I long press the only options are "connect" and "connect PIN WPS"

If there is no "Forget..." option then the handset has never connected to the AP.

Is your own router still using the default SSID? If so try changing it to something unique - if its name is the same as your neighbour's then the handset will assume both are on the same network and attempt to connect to the one with the strongest signal.

yes is default ssd but change it is not a possible solution cause I use wireless also at my girl's home, and I can't change there..... But maybe strange cause since a week ago it works properly

Changing the ssid on your router at home wont affect the network at your girls home, so go ahead and change it if you want, although the name you have there is somewhat unique anyway.

That is connected to your wifi (the Alice one) - not sure what the problem is based on that image.
