I have not been able to make/receive calls/texts for the passed 8 hrs. I havent had a single bar, but my 4G is working and I'm able to surf the net. When I try to call my vm, it says, "No voicemail number is stored on the SIM card." WTF?!!! :(

sounds like something happen to your simcard, I don't know to much about those, maybe shut the phone off take out the simcard and put it back in, maybe its not connecting right.:afraid:
 
it sounds strange but my optimus did something like that minus the sim problem. put it in airplane mode reboot and then take it off airplane mode. worked for me. u might get lucky and it work for you. if it doesnt try to take out the sim too while its off.

I do this when i lose service and i always get it back. I would say it's on Metro pcs' end but everyone else phone seems fine. :/
 
Thanks guys, but I already took it back to the store and got another one. They couldn't even program the phone. They said it MIGHT be the new software update, or it could be the new plans on the Esteem. IDK. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
