***Official HTC Incredible Thread***

My question is...how come all of these leaked shots of the Incredible are so AWFUL in quality. Something here seems a bit off. If i knew i would have 5 minutes with the phone i would be taking glamour shots in 10mp glory for all of those 5 minutes. Why are these pics so small and blurry, and I don't want the excuse that maybe he didnt have a good camera. Everyone has a good camera!

Did you ever stop to think that perhaps the pictures aren't print quality because they're done purposefully that way? Why you ask? Hmmmm, perhaps there's information/identifying portions of the pictures that could land someone is hot water...

My good camera is a Canon T1i.....don't really run to it real quickly to get off some spy shots of a cell phone. Plus, you don't know where the pics were taken, could have been at some place that you really couldn't pull out a nice ass camera and take pictures of an unconfirmed phone. Probably taken with his phone camera.
 
The whole RAM/RAM, ROM/ROM thing shows they are just pulling crap out of their ass and don't know what they are talking about.

I go with the guy that has actually touched the phone. Those specs as NKT stated are still pretty good.

^ that's what photoshop is for!

Also about the Sense text... all HTC phones running sense have that scripted on the back cover.

Now, i know this isnt the final version...so that's probably the reason...but just saying. Check for yourself... there isnt a HTC phone with Sense that doesnt have that...

Exactly. Sounds like BS. It came from androidandme.com. What I was really looking for is a comment as to whether or not there are several different versions of this phone in testing right now. Thanks.

why would you need 6 gb? to be an iphone killer? I dunno.. I just lurk. ;)

He replied to your post saying he linked these forums for the ORIGINAL specs so supposedly he is getting the updated information from elsewhere but hasn't said where

after they posted the article, they got a tipster/source/emailer/whatever saying your specs weren't correct, and told them their version (6gb rom/1gb ram/full 1ghz snap/etc).

What's your point? The phone isn't from the Verizon showroom.

Good thing you weren't charging $.02 for that post. Not worth it.

All i'm saying is that everyone is thinking 100% the back is going to be matte black. What i'm saying is this is NOT the final battery cover and who the heck knows...still could be red for all we know.
