Lag when entering/opening an app

This is getting a little annoying. I don't know if this is "normal", or I'm the only one going through this. I click on an app, and the screen turns white for about 3-7 seconds, then it finally goes to the home screen of the app that I clicked on. It gets me mad because sometimes I want to post something on Twitter real fast, but then the blank screen shows up, and by the time it goes to Twitter, it makes me not want to tweet anymore :/ Any way to fix this?

u can probably blame the small ram. use fast reboot pro or any ram clearing app. should help. also es task manager to check whats using up most of ur ram. maybe u can get rid of some stuff

I use Android Assistant. Has all the good features in one app.
