Help Problems activating my new connect

So I got my new connect today and called *228 to activate it. I went through the activation steps with a representative, giving my IMEI number and CDMA number aswell. After I was done I restarted the phone and the 4g icon appeared and internet started working but I cannot make or receive calls. If I go to settings and then about phone and check my number it reads with alot of zeros at the beginnning does anyone know what this could be?
I tried resetting it to factory settings

MIN has a bunch of zeros and it ends with 8249. This is also the case for the phone number 000-000-8249 :(

It's an id with the location. Like for Atlanta it's 03126 or something like that. Not sure, but biggie he's not in test mode. Trying to think of what you can do. You can program it yourself, but you need your MIN. Not sure what you can put for your SID.

Thank you for the help! I called metro one more time and one of the representatives took me through steps to enter the MID and SID manually and is now working :D

is it MIN the same number as your phone number???
and SID depends on the region you are or it s a fixed number for metropcs?

MIN has the first three digits similar to my phone but then it changes.
I do believe that SID has to do with the region you are at

It has to change??
becouse my MIN has the number as my phone number..
but im having problems calling 611 not recognizing my account and phone number on the archives.....
when talked to representative they say everything is fine

MDN: Your Phone Number.
MIN: Mobile Identification Number.
SID: Code depending on your region.

MIN Identifies you within the carrier you have.
