Wow, it got a little hot in hear last night :cool: Looks like tluv is gettin' no love right now :D Take it easy bud, but yeah, I'm at work and don't need to get fired lol. I guess everyone was celebratin' St. P day a little much :D

I'll be lookin' for that spec sheet Apang. I hope it sheds some real light. I just found out I have to work the 27th :mad: One of the FEW saturdays a YEAR I have to work. That should be our biggest confirmation it will launch then lol.

yeah I was pretty sure just wanted to confirm that...yeah most smartphones except the iPhone which I made the decision to get and am gladly moving on to android and verizon....i'm pretty stoked about this phone...thanks for the help!!
 
Question for you current Android users:

I'm a big fan of Google Voice, which is one of the reasons I'm going w/ Android. Has anyone used Voice much w/ Sense or stock Android? I'm specifically wondering how the notification system works for SMS. Other than having messages forwarded to e-mail, is there a way to tell if I have new messages and how many (without actually opening the application)?

I know this isn't an Incredible-specific question, but thought I'd slide it in while we're waiting for the spec sheet. :D

I dont disagree with this entirely. It depends on what your talking about. When the the thread started talking about the iphone coming to verizon i really dont think that was off topic. It was comparing options against the incredible and what people may want to get on verizon in the upcoming months. The mods hated this for some reason where i think comparing items is a fundamental aspect of purchasing items.
Having said that there are alot of people on this thread that post really pointless things. Examples include jokes that are simply not funny. And all the inronic incredible lines i.e. "this phone will truly be incredible" are really getting old and pointless. And people THEORIZING about march madness advertising is just guess work and brings nothing of substance tot he forum. Just my .02

I did and did check out his twitter. I went to it and it had like 10+ posts in a row about some iphon SDK *hit or something. I didn't even see where he said what you pasted :( I'll try to tweet him.

That is called speculation... the entire purpose of this thread. For factual spec's of the phone, there is a specific thread for that.

Perfectly fine for you to feel that way. HOWEVER, the way they went about doing it was lame. Not cool. Ignorant. Whack. Wrong. ETC. I think you get my point :cool: I don't know if they were serious or just trying to rile everyone up,

but they could have just asked nicely? Or maybe something more along the lines of, "Hey could we try a little harder to stay on topic?" I know last night things maybe got a little wirery, but it seemed for the most part people were fine. The ones that might have gotten out of line (sorry tluv :D) got taken care of by the mods. Plus as another member stated above, check out the READ thread pertaining to this thread.
 
Everyone has an opinion to voice, if you don't like it or it bothers you then just scroll down...acknowledge only if you have something constructive to say, like reginald did...and really, who cares, we who have been enjoying this forum will continue to enjoy it, if someone comes by criticizing us or the forum, we can just point him in the direction that better suits him...

apang, thank you for all the valuable information you have given us the past two days...if anything else comes up please let us know...

In regards to the articles that recently popped up on various tech blogs...its all from this forum lol, at least mostly, i think
