Root Power menu option on older ICK theme

Hey guys, I was wondering if it is possible to get the power menu options on an older version of ICK (T8) since this is my favorite one. When I hit the power button I get a fast reboot and I hate using the screenshot app where I have to shake the phone. Any help will be appreciated.

Go install my ics 4.0 theme in the guide. If you don't want theme but you want the power menu, just pull out the framework.jar file and push it to your phone.

Do you have a theme over it?

The framework.jar should have fixed it. The power menu options are within that file.

Have you tried flashing the actual ICS 4.0 theme to see if it still does it? If so then something has to be off within the ROM somewhere because I ran that theme over that ROM when I first made the theme actually.
 
the thing is that im running ick T8 which is kinda old, i think someone said that the framework is different. I've tested a few themes and it works fine but thats because these were updated themes. I forgot when T8 came out but i know its kinda old

Yeah that could be it I never messed with that theme.

You can also try pushing the android policy jar file too but it will change your lockscreen to stock.

the power menu options ar in more than those lol you also need the framework-res.apk for images and resources.. and depending how old t8 is, it should have it built in already.. if not than why not just flash the new update to the theme, v2.0? it's for all zvd roms.. especially one made by me ;) lol
 
T8 is kinda old, and I've stuck with it since then. Something about it that I love about it. T8 didn't come with the power mod :(

but 2.0 is so much better lol the screen shots are up to date.. you dont like it? it's ok im not offended but what you can/need to do for the power mod is flash the 3 files mentioned from framework file to your device.. only thing is when you flash the new framework, you flash the theme that comes with it lol unleessssss, you bust it open with 7zip and add the image files from t8 into the new one (without deleting/replacing whole folders, actually add images into the folder) then flash the new one.. should keep the old theme but give you the power menu mod
 
I have 7zip and have been playing around with it for a bit... so do i just replace all of the image files or?

open framework from t8 and pull out 'drawable-hdpi' folder, now open that folder and highlight ALL image files and push them into the drawable-hdpi folder in the new framework-res.apk via 7zip :D
 
is there any way the color of the text can be changed back to black, for example when i wanna send a new message, the "New Message" tab is the same color as the text, which is blue
 
its not only mms, its other things as well, for example. like if i get a fc, i can barely make out the text
 
I would just flash his new version. Would be so much easier. Creating a headache for no reason, unless you want too. :D
