Root [MOD] Data Governor Remover!

this will work on any zvd rom! But it could wipe out other mods to the services.jar! It could work on other versions too (c, b, a) i just haven't tested it on anything except zvd! You just have to find out if your rom/theme has mods in the services.jar! If it does you have one of two options...you can mod it yourself using the thread in the op...or i well be happy to mod it for you!
 
Not issues so far metro speeds have actually increase in my area will keep an eye to let you know I took a screen shot of my speed and this is inside my bedroom

It seems more consistent then before. I would have to hit refresh just to get it to go now it just goes lol. On speedtest.net app it would be 1mbps then next test 2mbps now it's every test is 3-4mbps thanks pbot.

Would you please make one for BrokenOut? I really like this ROM & Blitzkrieg kernel. I've tried other combos & this one works best on my phone. My GF has #2 & I've done the same thing for her phone.

Hey, I'm in no hurry lol. I just appreciate what guys like you are doing to improve an already awesome phone. I went to XDA page lmao & what they have for me to put it on myself is way beyond me :D.

Ok so no real need to re flash since it's already on the phone unless we want to just re flash the the rom again sorry men maybe it's a dumb question on my part

Nah it's not a dumb question ;) you won't have to re-flash the whole ROM. I will make a flashable zip file that will flash a new services.jar to your framework folder. So the only files that well change is that one :)
 
im gonna go out on a limb and say that i dont see how my mod caused that but i could be wrong :) whatever helps you sleep at night tho lol
 
Youre dropbox link is down.... I just edited GSE's service jar and was just gonna swipe your flashable zip because Im feeling super lazy :D ;)
