Anybody getting this from this site. I had this pop up a couple weeks ago from pocketnow site when it was hacked. I am not saying this site is hacked but does anybody know anything.
I'm not getting anything, but I also use the Noscript add-on for Firefox. If you're getting this often I recommend looking into it. It takes a little getting used to, but I love it.

Thanks, I just have been on this site since Aug as a lurker and this is the 1st time it popped up on me for this site.
As far as I know any Android Sense UI can be reverted back to near stock.

Alright, i feel like we've had a bit more excitement then was warranted so here's just a quick checkpoint of where we stand...i hope everyone reads it and calmly re-examines the last few hours.
1. Info: The info i posted earlier was straight from kcoan3's HTC contact. I believe this person is confused about which phone he's talking about, he just knows it's CDMA, and likely crossing information for both the Incredible and Supersonic. We have absolutely overwhelming evidence that the Incredible is exactly what is posted in the "confirmed" section of the Spec thread which is why i'm not updating that thread with any "flavor of the month" rumors, but it was worth posting here for general discussion just like any other rumor. (I take all the 4.3", 5 mp, etc... talk as "noise" that confirms the SS is coming at some point as well, not saying to Verizon, but coming...no big deal, nothing new)
2. Date: We've had a wide range of dates reported from mid March to as late as June. Several sources have stated mid-April/May so i believe there may be some credibility to the statement that April 17th may be the general availability of the phone. That doesn't mean that something won't be announced sooner, perhaps even on March 27th. Either way, again, nothing to have a coronary over...it's real, it's coming, it's pimp...a few days here or there won't matter in the grand scheme of things. (I know, easy for me to say, i'm sitting on a Droid, but i would have probably been pulling my hair out a few months ago when i was on the Treo 700wx for 4 years)
3. Moto Shadow: Nothing about this phone is "new" or related to the Incredible so i would kindly ask that all conversation about it stop on this thread and be taken to another thread (where i will be an active participant because this phone interests me a lot as well). The rumored spec's on the phone have been discussed for months and the renders are just as old. I know, from a reliable source, that this phone is coming to Verizon, will be a beast, and will likely be the Nexus 2 (which could mean sold directly from Google), and from what i've heard coming some time in the late summer. Great phone to discuss, but please, not here.
EDIT: I also have other information that suggests that this will be named the Droid 2 which may imply directly from Verizon vs. Google. Either way, promising phone, lets discuss elsewhere.

Am i missing something here? How is this even losely related to the Incredible? When i hit that link and search for the word incredible i get 0 matches. If this is everyone's experience than this is one of those posts that i kindly ask gets posted in a more appropriate thread.

Perhaps that's Anonimac's way of subliminally telling us that the Incredible will be offered in Red in addition to black - similar to the Desire we've seen released recently in a different finish. April 17th looks to be the date we need to look forward to. I, for one, was hoping for an earlier release stemming from the Apple/HTC lawsuit. But things seem to be progressing as they were. I have a viable source within Verizon, not the phone division, but another where they get info on phone releases and up and coming stuff. The source has to be cryptic for obvious reasons, but the last I heard, the phone is to be released around Tax time. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what that meant. Well, taxes are due 4/15, so the 4/17 release date seems more and more viable.
I can't get any more info than that as I don't want to get anyone in trouble.

Brilliant deduction!! with the name "Incredible" being so difficult to market and protect as it's such a generic word, and having ONLY seen the word "Incredible" on that cheesy, burnt-reddish plastic pre-production backplate (NOTE: no word "Incredible" to be found ANYWHERE on NKT's batch of photos that he posted last week). Call me crazy, but with NKT's hint of there being a new "Android phone section" needed here in the near future, I honestly wouldn't rule out this thing being completely renamed when it finally launches!!!!

So you know my pain. This Treo 650 just isn't cutting it...
From what i've seen the shadow is coming out this summer but it will not be the nexus 2 ( end of this year w/ a keyboard whereas the Shadow will not). It's your thread so you're free to set the rules but I don't see how talk comparing the N1, Supersonic (on Sprint with a summer release) and Incredible is allowed when the Shadow is also coming out sometime this summer on Verizon with similar specs?

And remember NKT had to "cleanse" the photos before he posted them. Anyone else think there is really a name on the back that isn't Incredible that had to be Photoshopped out?
It doesn't matter to me what color you use. Honestly... .have fun and enjoy. I'm good with whatever color you feel like using.
