Which file to use to root?

Hi,

I had my phone originally rooted using DoomLord's method.

Now gone to ICS, I would like to root again. I have read the dummies guide, but cant figure out which to use.

My info is:

You're referring to this guide correct?

The kernel file you need for flashing is CF-Root-SGS2_BU_VOD_LPC-v5.4-CWM5.zip located in CF-Root thread.
