Root Factory Reset Flashed HTC Evo 4g

Hello, I have bought a flashed HTC Evo 4g phone that is flashed to Metro PCS. I was wondering if I were to factory reset it or change its ROM or more, would the flashing part of Metro service go away? I have not yet changed my phone service to this HTC Evo 4g.

So basically i am asking, if i were to do any Recovery related, would the flashing of Metro go away? :confused:

no a factory reset will not touch the radios. not sure though on the process of flashing back to sprint from metro.
