Root [Boost Mobile] to tv

So i webt to plug my rooted warp into my girls tv via usb and it was unsupported is there an app or something i can get?

From my experience working with Samsung, if the TV supports it, you turn on USB Storage, TV sees it, select files...done. That's if the TV supports it. Some USB ports on TV's are just for firmware updates, and not media playing.

Oh and also: With Samsung (Again that's the company I'm familiar with) not all brands are compatible; It really depends what the manufacturer decides to encode in the TV. More than likely, it would be LG, Sony, Samsung, HTC, Motorola; The more popular brands.

Our phones are not compatible to transfer data through the tv. From what I have read and seen. I wish we did.

I believe u need an MHL chip (well that's kinda ambiguous if its an SoC) in the phone for tv out to be supported.

This.. but I don't know why they left the HDMI services and build.prop entry in our ROM if we don't have the chip for it. Has anyone tried enabling it in build.prop and using an adapter?

It's due to zte's non-existant project management. It was probably recycled
