Thank you for the best complete and detailed ROM out there! When I first got the phone I killed me how the battery lasted only 9 hours idleon school now it lasts me 15hours+ because of # 2

I was having issues with wifi but is not the ROM, just disconnect your router from the power source for a few minutes and plug it back, and it should be working fine.

+1 ^^^ i went through a 3 weak long batle with wifi on my ps3, then like nuttmeg said just checked for firmware update on router (open web browser and type "192.168.1.1" and should bring you to router options[for most routers, but some use a diff code, just google it lol]) and was all better

Ldrifta, I am having a problem when I try to transfer files from my PC to my phone via bluetooth. When I try to pair my phone with my PC, it brings up a force close of the settings menu (something similar to what's discussed in this post: http://androidforums.com/esteem-all...luetooth-fixed-1-26-2012-a-4.html#post3854211)
I tried replacing the default settings.apk with the one in your rom and it did not work. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

Hey guys, do i have to wipe data if im to flash 2.0?
Im on test 3
It's always good to wiped data and cache before flashing a new ROM. However, I'm pretty sure the #2 ROM formats all that for you.

Its still good to get in the habit of doing such things manually just incase something doesn't come out right. Duno I've been doing it since I had a ascend, the indulge too

i have #2 and its great..i listen to music and play a lot of games..so battery dies quick....

No but its on all roms. It would happen to me on GSE.Even stock and evidently happens on other Metro phones too

the battery tweaks i added are only to stop the phone from draining battery when your NOT using it lolol

hm mm... i hope it's not the settings.apk... the only images i changed are the ones on main menu screen and it doesn't involve anything with bluetooth
i've honestly never used BT and dont have anything to use it with so i cant really test or get a logcat of your issue :/ anyone else have an idea??EDIT: well i read a few more posts and seems that the fix was just using stock settings.apk in place of this one.. ill try it out and send you the test fix.. hope it helps!

Check it out. In the morning I unplug my phone to go to work at 615. I get to work and I usually wont check my phone again until 745-8 ish. Before, ALWAYS, my phone would always be at 100%.
Now, my phone is at 93%. That's a big difference. Nothing has changed apps wise. My phone ISNT awake, it's in deep sleep.
Being that this difference is large what can I take or do from 1.9.1 or earlier to try and add to 2.0 to get my battery life back?
I tested this over the span of 3-4 days to make sure it wasn't a fluke too.

Thanks lgdrifta. On a sidenote: I can connect to my bluetooth earpiece just fine and it works flawlessly, the errors only occurs when I try to transfer a file form my computer (I have not tried transferring files between phones). I can't figure out what's not letting it pair with the computer though.
