T-Mobile is one of the largest cell phone providers in Europe. Not like in the US. They don't need to undercut pricing.

And in the US their prices are much higher. Closest plan with 2 year commitment (which is more expensive BTW) is $50 + $30 for data + 10 for SMS = ~ $90/mo.

Really? I stand corrected. No wonder they struggle so much in the US, they offer inferior service and for virtually no discount. Not a good business model.

If the Incredible is the embargoed phone, would it be on the floor or would they have a special announcement for it? I'm leaning towards the latter.

Yes, but it was announced at CES on Jan. 8th that it would be available the 25th.

If it is the case that it will be released on the 17th, I'd expect only to hear from HTC today (at most) about the phone.

In that article, it was Palm not Verizon who was presenting the phone.

Wow if that's the case not only will I be getting an Incredible new phone but also a cheaper monthly bill. It doesn't get much better than that.

READ IT! Unlimited minutes to any number on any network = Unlimited Mobile to Mobile calls you will still have minutes for calls and based on the chart that would be 450 minutes. Don't be fooled by slick marketing

Samsung is realeasing it for AT&T, and " " CTIA chairman of the board and AT&T Mobility CEO Ralph de la Vega!"" AT&T is more in control of this event, because it looks like they own it. I'm not going to get limbic, but if there's only an announcement for SKYPE/Verizon and nothing for the Incredible than I'm only going to take it with a grain of salt because Chairman Ralph Prissy Pants probably would've sabotaged the Incredible with a campaign of Luc Wilson sling shotting Iphones across the stage during the AT&T CTIA incredible Unveiling. speculation speculation ....

The Samsung may have really good specs, but look at it, it's ugly as sin. The galaxy is nothing more than a cheaper, uglier iphone. Why anyone would be excited about that, I have no idea?
