I see this is a 4.0.4 ......but I didn't see, although I could have missed it, is this a LQ5 based rom? I love flashing new roms.....but I want the dust to settle on LQ5 before I go all "flash happy" on it.

Nope, it's AOKP build 40 according to the changelog on the dev's support page. Which is where any links should lead, rather than hotlinking the files directly. I'll make the necessary changes.
