2.1 was supposed to be out months ago also. I've lost all faith in them. It's out when it's on the shelves and not a second before

Are you sure? Has T-Mo or Sprint or AT&T made it public on their sites? I'm not badgering you. I just haven't noticed any ads or anything on their's.
 
Yes, there will be announcements, but we won't have a "release event" for it. Okay, back to Incredible (or lack there of).
 
Wow....really expected to check in and find some good news about the Incredible. The last few days I've been checking in and keeping up with the posts....but finding that I would rather lurk...the stress level is just too much! But nothing? Well, that EVO is one fine looking phone and spec'd out VERY nicely. My plan at this point is to see what the Incredible looks like....then give my wife a choice...take the Incredible...if it specs out nicely...or stay with Sprint and wait for summer. Gonna be a long wait...but seriously...either phone should be awesome. If the EVO is any indication we should be in for very good news....if they ever release it!!!

I feel like every time we have a slow news minute we start going on tangents.

The thing is, we don't have anything from that interview just yet so we have to find something to chat about. :( I'm getting antsy and sad. :(

Yeah, and tmobile did too and it was sold on google.


If it isn't shown today, there's still a good chance for tomorrow. If HTC steals the spotlight both days of the conference, that would be awesome. And the Incredible could end up having the hdmi etc too anyways, though I'd just stick to my HTPC.
 
If the Incredible isn't announced at CTIA, could we be in for a long wait? If they're even close to being ready to announce, wouldn't you do it when the cell phone media/bloggers are all in one place to maximize the hype. Unless the phone isn't that incredible and they're afraid of the comparisons to other phones.

They already do that right now. If you search nexus one it redirects you to the google site.

I think what people thought you were saying, is that you could actually purchase the phone off the carriers website.

Enough nexus one talk anyways!
