Leading the way is the HTC Incredible. DailyTech spoke with sources at Verizon, who confirmed that the HTC Incredible was supposed to begin to arrive at Verizon Wireless stores in two weeks. That would make sense as Verizon just announced that it was beginning a test deployment of Android 2.1 to the Motorola Droid smart phones, the same OS that would presumably be powering the Incredible.

dont know how true this is???

Do people ever check the dates on articles before they post them??

Maybe tomorrow will be the day. Since Skype will be out for VerizonWireless users(supported devices). :o

But now I'm leaning to a May launch date :/

its 2 weeks old and they have their info wrong :(

I looked into some of the embargoed products that are up for awards at CTIA. There are 5, one of which is an HTC smartphone. Of the other 4, I found information on 3 of them about the specific product up for the award. As in, it's already been announced. Some were actually announced before the show started. My guess is the HTC phone is the EVO. Damn.

thanks god for the motorola devour tomorrow! haha rite? am i rite? please sell in the incredible along side it..!

Your guess is as good mine, at this point.

We should know for sure in about 36 minutes.

Isn't anyone else excited that NKT says its now showing up in whatever Warehouse and other databases he has access too!?!?

Not saying they are going to say anything during CTIA, but I take that as a good sign we are getting much closer

It was in the inventory database how long ago?

NKT, if the phone is showing up in the warehouse database, would you feel confident in saying that the release is imminent?

let's get back on topic picture posting people...

moviNAND confirmed in the Incredible:
from system.img:
## This is the direct uevent device path to the moviNand on the device

from hboot_8x50_0.76.0000_100312.nb0:
[NAND ERR] Fail to allocate memory for NAND device driver
Found a supported NAND device

from radio_1.00.00.02.09.img:
UNAND_FLASH_READ_ID

Size of NAND device is not listed but um, Incredible so far is the only device with added flash storage onboard!
