I C A Lot Of People Wanting Cm7, Cm9, ICS, and Jelly Bean, My suggestion Is To Be Like Cyanogenmod And Create Ur Own Modded Rom.....Port Pieces Of The Rom Into Gingerbread Like CM7.....I Believe That Could Much Easier To Do Then Trying To Port CM It Self Or ICS....I Have 4 Android Devices (Warp, Transform Ultra, Ascend, And The Kyros Tablet) And Going To Try To Create My Own Custom Rom Like Cyanogen For The Zte Warp.....If Anybody Wanna Help, Let Me Kno But I Watch Many Devices Try To Get CM And Fail....The Warp Users Can Be Different.....My First Thing Im Starting With Is A ICS Style Or Lense Style Lockscreen......No Widgetlocker, No Apks, Ported To The Frame-Work.....

Also I Just Want Everyone To Know Is That Everything In Cyanogen Mod Don't Work, It Don't Matter Whats The Device.....Theirs Always An Error With Bluetooth, Or Wifi, Or The Headphones Dont Work, Or Its Glitchy, Or Its Bootloops.....We Can Make A Better Rom Ourselves.......

Well you could start with the original source the zte used. Its from codeauroraforums.com , but its gonna be an uphill battle

Lol depends on how drastic of changes you make to the rom. You can still make edits to improve stability. I have actually changed alot of messed up permissions. Which is about half the battle when dealing with stock.
