Root [Help For New Rom] How to change Size of Display Icon and system menu font size

Hello developers, I have successfully ported a new Rom for A75

Features of this ROM:
- Great Look
- Dual Operating system and can we switch the operating system via power menu
- 5 MP Camera No errer with camera
- Pre-rooted
- Busybox installed
- Removed annoying boot animation sound
- New boot & shutdown animation
- BOOST Graphics Performance BOOST
- Cyan Over-scroll
- Fully Transparent Status Bar
- Holo launcher as default launcher
- Changed lock screen interface to ICS style
- Battery Performance Tweaks Improvement 25% increase stand by time
- Framework Moded for Scroll Bar Colour Changes
- Added Supercharger script
- Added RAM script for better multitasking
- Forced Launcher into RAM memory
- Enable hardware acceleration
- GPU rendering enabled
- Improved Network Signal And wifi Signal by new baseband version
- New phone dialer with 3g support
- Added third party application
- ext2 support

ONLY ONE PROBLEM OF THIS ROM-

The icon size and font size are over and scaling if application not proper so Plz help for solving this issue, As soon as I see a helpful post by anyone, I would add his name here as a developer

Bro I think the only way is, Run into the framework-res.apk via apktool. After that, go into res -> values folder... Open Up files like dimens.xml and fractions.xml . There would be properties like config_****iconsize="some_numeric_value" .

You need to change the numeric value to "48", that is the MDPI 147ppi absolute pixel size for icons. Your launcher Icon Problem is solved.

Now for the text, you need to get out of values folder and run into color folder, there are many xmls. Start by editing Primary_text.xml's and then proceed over to Secondary_text.xml and further Tertiary_text.xml. You need to cross reference the tags from the files present in values -> colors.xml and values -> style.xml

Hope this helps somewhat, and waiting for this ROM... :)

Its just a Mod from the build.prop ,
thanks to Abhishek , it was already discusses :)


Hope you get a way around !!

btw just change the Screen LCD density ,
just edit build.prop
and add this

#Note: 140 here is just a value, You can try 160 as well !!
change as you wish :)

its not just an mod it is an feature of original gn105

I saw that
my friend has some original gionee
android mobile. (not gn105)
it has 2 os
one is android
another is proprietary os that can be found
in cheap chinese mobiles
if u switch to that os
the battery life is about 10x better than
android os

he always switch back to that basic os in outdoors
 
Looking to the sceenshots, I also think ro.sf.lcd_density=140 in build.prop will help.
160 is the default value for A75 stock...
I would suggest to get default value by issuing
adb shell getprop ro.sf.lcd_density
Then try lower the values by 10 in successive manner till u get satisfactory display.

I have used both 140 and 160 on 160 every thing is fine but customization of ROM like Signal icon, battery icon and screen lock wallpaper not work they show default. and dial pad not show properly.. I m busy at this time my office work so i decided the upload link for developer
 
Could you please let us know which is the other OS other than Android... Can you please clarify on this...

Successfully flashed this rom...
ro.sf.lcd_density tweak worked...
for advanced users only, normal users stay away..

Dual systems works...the 2nd system is same Android OS but with limited functionality so battery backup will be great, that's what my guess...only few system apps available in that mode.
rom is odexed so i got 146mb on data after flashing...
few chinese apps also there....n rom will be in chinese if u flash directly..
Caution:
rom needs many changes...for advanced users only, normal users stay away..
don't flash directly...
N keep ur nandroid backup handy because u gonna need it soon, lol....
 
The dual os system is so easily implemented in framework, I m amazed n also angry on mmx, why the hell they did not includ that thing...just some build property, few extra apks, new framework n dual os with the same device, without any extra nand partition n bootloader modifications....
N about this rom, it needs many modifications before we can use it on our A75...u will not be ablt to dial a number as dial pad is all messed up so people please stay away unless u know what u doin..

ro.sf.lcd_density tweak worked but customization are not work like signals icon and lock screen wallpaper not work with default wallpaper

and main problem with dialer so i used mmx original dialer apk but not work force closed
