Root Problem connecting to computer after CM7 Backside

I'm having trouble trying to figure out why my computer does not recognize my phone anymore when I plug it into the computer via usb cable. I recently rooted/flashed my phone to CM7 Backside + Green Machine.

Any Help?

Have you tried a different cable?
Or installing the proper drivers for the device?

If you go into the development setting, as fast as you can uncheck and then check the USB Debugging box. Sometimes this is all you need to do.
If still not recognizing the phone, turn phone off, plug into PC, then turn on the phone.
If still not recognizing the phone, turn off PC, phone on, turn on PC.

Cable is working and can I get a link to the drivers?

Ok I unchecked and checked usb debugging and nothing happened. Then I restarted phone while pluggged into computer nothing happened, but when I restarted the computer it recognized the phone but the computer didn't fully boot up.

You might need to just delete then reinstall the LG USB drivers. Go to the All Things Root Guide sticky ^ at the top of this forum. Go to the Utilities section. You will see the LG Optimus V drivers. Once you click on it it will automatically start the download of the drivers.
Once their installed reboot your PC. Then plug your phone into the PC so It can finish the install of all the drivers.
