Guess what just got to my store!

The Lightray looks nice, specs are old tho and its not worth no $460 for dayum sure.

If it were priced about the same as the Connect or Esteem, it would be a consideration if one didnt have a Connect or Esteem that is. Its not an upgrade from either. ;)

If you have a Costco membership you can get the Galaxy S3 for T-Mobile for $499. Their prepaid plans cost about the same as Metro. So yeah, I'm switching at the end of this month.

EDIT: Or you can buy the Galaxy Nexus from the Play Store for $349 and go to T-Mobile prepaid. Much faster speeds on their network, no dupe texts, free mobile hotspot, and great nationwide coverage.

Esteem hasn't let me down yet. It's gonna have to epic for me to switch. Esteem and it's dev department just kick too much ass.

I'm giving mine one last chance. If its still laggy with cm9 than ima sell it asap.

You may be waiting for quite a while for CM9 to get to a usable state. I'm selling mine for $300 with all the accessories and the 32GB Class 10 MicroSD I bought for it. That'll offset the cost of my Galaxy S3 to $200.

If I sell mine ill probably get 250 and than ill sell my PSP go for 100 and ima get my birthday money so my gs3 will be practically free. I might take the tmo prepaid too. If not ill just do what chazz did .

Saw a youtube demonstration, & wasn't really impressed. It's basically an Essteem with TV. & where I live DyleTV isn't available. Gonna wait for the S3.

Jelly Bean is already coming out and Metro is still rolling out Gingerbread. Really pathetic. I can only imagine hat between that super amoled screen and that stupid live TV the battery is going to be abysmal. Honestly even if the S3 were to cost $600 it would still have more value than this year and a half POS metro is trying to sell you.

The connect is almost half the price and besides the screen I don't really see how this new phone is any better. Metro must think people are stupid.

What about the Samsung Galaxy Attain. I guess no one gave this a second thought.

Plenty of people did and then realized they meant a galaxy s device.
Metro really needs to step it up, I'm on T-Mobile paying 30 a month and using sip to make all my calls through google voice, it works surprisingly well even on edge

$300 for a used Esteem?? I dont think so but GL, $200 is more likely. ;)

lmao $300 i got all the accesories class 10 32 gb sd card plus extended 3000mah battery plus original box with receipt and i know the most ill get is $200

That is a very nice phone but at 500bucks I think metro can keep it lol. I am hoping some of the other soon to be released 4G phones are a little more reasonable in price. I really love to upgrade my phone to 4g service. In fact looking over metro's coverage map seems I have 4g service in my entire area.

nice looking phone but they can keep it. Ill wait til:
a. the SG3 comes out
b. the price drops to < $200

Ok my brother in law just called me telling me he just bought the new lightray 4g (jerk) he told me total price with taxes and keeping his original number was $515 dollars I was like Damn thats alot:( lol

Eeeeoooww.. I'll keep my Esteem.

Just put up some more pictures, apologies for the wait. Needless to say I'm keeping my esteem as my daily until GS3 comes out, it's just too expensive and I don't see my money's worth in it.

I don't think the price will ever drop less than $200 but I thin around $250 is a very reasonable price considering there is no contract.
