Root anyone local to kalamazoo mi? flash my phone

i need to have my phone flashed to boost mobile. its obviouslt an htc evo 4g.
i have a samsung rant for a donor phone nd current boost service.

i want it flashed right, where everthing works. and i want it rooted

if anyone can do this in this area, today. please let me know
