try wiping dalvik cache and cache.

I did it continue but not as often
do you have a kernel? if so which one? are you using the setcpu? or the default one that is cooked in? if so what are your settings? you might have it underclocked to low or the screen off profile is set to low so that the phone as trouble waking up.

you can change the governer via setcpu if you have that, or
System Tuner--under cpu settings.
System Tuner came with Decks Reloaded...
I think thats the rom you are on correct?
You can try smartassv2.
I personally have no issues with interactive x.
I set no profiles and use deadline as the scheduler.

im trying it right now i look up what it does on kernel for dummies and it sounds great and should i leave my min:245 or put in on 128
Leave it at 245 for now...don't change too many things at once.
