My phone won't let me install any thing not a rom or a Kernal nothing ..idk y ..the only thing that has worked is the ics theme..i bought my phone brand new so idk its doing that ..it always gets stuck on lg screen can anyonw let me know what I'm doing wrong

does it give any errors?
i personally would refresh with the standard non touch recovery and try fresh downloads over a good wifi connection.

You need to give a little more info breh. You have cwn installed right? Are the roms installing but you get stuck at the lg screen when it tries to boot?? Or is it just not installing at all?

Then you need to download and flash the delooper found here. http://androidforums.com/connect-4g...-lg-connect-4g-all-one-root-clockworkmod.html

Edit : Get rid of cwm touch man it's known to bootloop which is what is happening to you. After you flash that delooper download rom manager and install the free non touch cwm.

P.s. I make it a habit to hit that thanks button when anybody replys to my thread regardless if they were helpful or not. But that's just me.

Ive tried that.and the Dee looper makes my phone soft brick

Ok thanks and i already fixed it i hooked it up to lg updater is this method better? Do u need a internet connection for this method cuz i don't have internet?n the link is disabled

The link isn't broken, you do have to have internet access for it to work. You have to have the drivers installed. The spectrum drivers that you should have installed from when you rooted work fine. However, if you don't have internet access, you can't use this option. I have used it many times mucking about with my phone & messing it up. If you do go somewhere with internet access, you have to put your phone in download mode & when it's finished with the update, your phone is just like you got it out of the box. You need to re root & then if I were you I would download ROM manager & install cwm recovery through there. If you want to install the BP ROM, you can do it right through ROM manager. Easy breezy. If you want to install BrokenOut, just download load it, move the zip to your sdcard, go into recovery, via ROM manager & choose install zip from sdcard. It's all quite rather easy, but you can't do any of it without Internet access. It does sound like you need to start all over though. Oh, one more thing, if you do this, put your sd card in your computer then on computer where it has the drives listed, right click on E or whatever your sd is & it will give you the option to back it up. That way you don't lose songs & pics that might be important to you.
