I would love to use nova, but you can't use the factory widgets unless you install nova as a system app

I wound up using the stock launcher because I like it better than the one I'd planned on using (ftl).

I'm similar to you. This is my very first smart phone so I'm still learning. But I tried a two launchers (forget which ones) but I ended up preferring stock for the time being. I still have much to learn though.

I'm stock as well its smooth has screen looping, transitions, I like it better than any stock launcher I have ever used. :thumbup: I don't think you're boring lol

Nova, apex and holo launcher can all give you that stock ICS feel. I use holo launcher myself. They have two though. Holo launcher is based off ICS, holo launcher HD is based off of jelly bean. I use holo launcher HD.
