Even thought i have the motion i still didnt sell my admire....but first i want to see what could resurrect it...
Lol i really hope this section of the forum dont become like those other phones that (when you go in there , there are posts from last year that hasn't been answered lol
The only person currently working on a rom is Genovdot

Exactly and if theres no activity then the ones who are in need of help aren't going to post anything ...so keeping the forum "live" is the best thing to do...

i used to be the one helping out here lol... wish i still had the time too but i cant as i have my daughter and also im a mod for a Palringo Group... but KAGE keep up the good work. Glad to see people still helping... to be honest this is the best phone ive ever had... lol

I bought it when it was $59 USD lmao a steal from metro... :P and it runs like a champ... got beats audio a kool a$$ rom and theme... Flash player now... its an amazing phone!

Just add link2sd and you'll never have to worry about space on this phone too i had over 90 apps installed once (USER APPS!)

the samsung admire's glory days are over now dude. we already have a custom recovery, beats audio, oc kernel, and multiple fantastic roms. honestly theres nothing left to do on this phone. also most of the former admire devs have either a. moved to the motion or esteem or b. got banned :P

Lol we still dont have a fully functional cm7, or even cm9

well one dev got banned and a bunch of 'thromers'!!! ;)

But the one 'banned' dev still continues his work, when he has it that is. Last word was he has CWM all straightened out, most of the kinks worked out of CM7, and was working on CM9/10. I think the delay in releasing any of the fore-mentioned is due to one, time, and two certain other parties already promising ICS/CM9/10 etc etc. I think hes waiting them out, tho in truth the certain parties are prolly waiting for his release so they can 'throm' it up. ;) These are just my speculations tho. ;)

Well good to hear another update from req0...lol i just want the best for this phone before i sell it ...i want to see it surpasses other devices but all one can do is hope ;)
