Apps to sd for LG motion 4G?

You can't use the normal app to sd apps on this phone because the internal memory shows up in the sd card partition & the sd card shows as external_sd

i saw your post in my thread also. I tried it and it did nothing. Very nicely put together app though ..can do a lot of other things

Yeah, I'm using Link2sd on the Motion from day one. The best thing about it is I can have it connected to PC and widgets and apps all still work, unlike apps2sd. I have 150 apps linked to my 32Gib sdcard even though the Motion has ample storage.

How are you getting apps from internal to externally on 32gb sd card? previous post said link2sd cant move apps.. I downloaded and tried to.no avail.. If so help :smokingsomb:

First, you must be rooted. Next you must create a second partition on your external sdcard. I made mine ext2 using gparted. If on Windows you can use minitool partition wizard. Open Link2sd and it'll ask you which format for your ext. I chose ext2 but some folks choose fat for compat. I went into Link2sd options and checked autolink apps to sdcard. Link2sd moves the apk, library files, and dex files to the sdcard and creates a shortcut to those files on the device. The device still thinks the app is located on internal, so in settings/apps it doesn't show on sdcard.
