Remember our oven blowing up? Well, the heating element anyway? Well, I found a replacement element on amazon and figured I would order it. With next day saturday delivery it was less then half of what another element I found, so I figured I would try it and see if it works.

How did the whole car remote thingy work out ? Try to dig deeper on it for ya, but apparantely the 2001 model has to be taken to a dealer, even though Saturn is dead from a dealer stand point. GM dealer I guess ?
 
Probably hit the GM shop up later in the week. I have not really driven my car since I got it! The longest I have been behind the wheel is when I was up at Barr Lake and drove from the visitor center to the fishing docks, then back a bit later.

That dang FOB cost nearly 65 bucks!

And the breaks are squeaking :(
 
Yeah...key fobs ain't cheap. If I've needed an extra one I've always found 'em on ebay & saved a pretty penny or two.
