Help sent email not received

does anyone experience emails sent from s2 not reaching the recipient?
and when i realized this and sent again it works

Probably a network issue e.g. the data connection was momentarily down when the email tried to send. I've had it happen myself occasionally.

But it shows up in my sent folder

Network issues can occur at both ends. If it "sent" then the delay is on the recipient's side.

if it's delayed shouldn't he receive it later? but he never got it

Yes, unless the problem was with the recipient's mail server. If the message never reached that then obviously it wouldn't arrive. It wouldn't display as "sent" unless your outbound server had acknowledged receipt though, so whatever the cause it's not directly related to the handset.
