Root Luvin' my rooted Prevail but want a different launcher

i use zeam now with no themes or anything. the more themeing you do the slower your phone gets. so try to use only rom themes that are small. i notice a big diff in performance.

I am using ADW on the Mokee rom. I tried GO, which is my favorite, but it makes the phone lag. ADW came with the Mokee rom so I'm just using that and the phone is snappier using ADW

I started running Cyanogenmod ADW Launcher now that I got it to compile correctly. Runs real nice, light and just as customizable. Just throwing it out there.

EX is even better bro. It was well worth the small fee plus there are all kinds of themes out there for it.

I've not found one yet that wouldn't. I love this launcher because there's so much that can be done with it.

Has anyone tried hive launcher from the market long term I loaded it because it was just under 800k but didn't really have the time to check it out. Plus I'm kind of lazy

My four favourite launchers so far are ADW Ex, Nemus Launcher, Lightning Launcher and sslauncher.

I saw Nemus mentioned once already, but I don't think it was mentioned that it is able to use Go Launcher themes.

Lightning Launcher is probably the most customizable launcher out there. Not really any themes that I'm aware of, but you can have multiple desktops each with a different layout, and if you turn off grid mode you can arrange and rotate icons/widgets in any way you want. And it's also a pretty fast and light on ram launcher.

sslauncher is interesting. Kinda hard to really describe it but it was pretty fast last time I used it. Also very customizable.

You know that I am too. But on CM9, I am sold on the Apex Launcher. A thing of beauty for ICS.

How do you deal w/o a camera?

I don't. Lol. That was an old post. I loved CM9 but I switched back to CM7 and ADW EX. The newest update for ADW adds a lot of new stuff to play with too.

I guess I'm too picky when it comes to aesthetics. The biggest thing is the notification bar, I wish it was fully customizable without having to mess with the code itself and without having to use status bar themes, which I have not found one that is stable.

Those are Beautiful screens.

I just go more for functionality and I can tap 12 apps from the hot spots on that one screen without scrolling the dock.

But, I have no artistic talent. Lol.
