Root what typ of android is the motion 4g?

i know that it is android 4.0.4(ice cream sandwich) but are we touchwiz or what cause this looks like a mixture of touchwiz and miui put together. so what is it?

Its LG's own custom user interface...
As you can see .. if you look at the optimus m the user interface isn't the same as stock froyo its different...
Same as for the motion 4g its custom

LG calls their skin Optimus UI, this new version for ICS is a lot lighter than previous versions and lighter than HTC Sense and Samsungs Touchwiz, which generally means it dont eat up as much RAM as the others.

It's the type of android that goes against the whole idea of what android is supposed to be, much like Samsung, HTC, sharp, etc.

LG does that too.....none of them look like actual android...

sense 4. is much better, joyos and miui are custom roms ergo they cant be counted. but touchwiz and lg's ripoff of touchwiz both suck :P

Sense 4 is still too heavy, and LGs UI for ICS is a huge improvement of the knockoff Touchwiz on Gingerbread phones and is much lighter so it performs much faster.
 
Lg's ui is probably the cleanest interface I've used in all my time with android, but regardless I'll stick with zeam launcher for ease of access and for the fact that its the lightest on memory in my opinion.

Still....you can't beat stock. If this was the secret invasion, stock is the avengers and everything else is skrull.

so you like stock better then zeam. but you use zeam even tho you dont like it as much???and what is my method you where saying you don't agree with on that other post you made? how come as bad as it sounds you have to agree with me.( as bad as it sounds) what is that supposed to mean? what the hell, you make it sound like im some horrible villain. i don't really appreciated that

Zeam's been my stock launcher since my moto cliq broke....did you stalk me over to this thread to ask that? Did you develop a means of executing the English grammatical system in the meantime? Are you Dr.doom?

(Edit) for clarification reasons here's a small list of why stock beats user designed in most scenarios.
1. Stock ui is made with usability in mind for that series of phone. (Even motoblur ><)
2.stock is typically extremely light on memory and is made with that phone model's specifications in mind.
3. Stock doesn't normally waste memory for unneeded functions. (Except motoblur)
4. Stock also takes out a lot of the guesswork involved with new ui.

nothing is really happening with are lg motions right now. there has been no headway. so i think its ok to talk about other things since these threads would dry up and die if it wasn't for a little joking around. sometimes taking a break from always being serious can help. banging are heads against the wall wont help anyone

I still like ICS Stock the most.

I've tried Samsung ICS UI and I HATE it. The widgets are annoying to use.
