yea i used to watch that show religeously but haven't even been paying attention this season. i just got tired of jack bauer yelling " get back to ctu"

I watched up to last season where they had the defense contractor mimicking Black Water; the sheer lack of tactical advisory on that show is insulting to anyone involved in the military/law enforcement; the nail in the coffin? When the contractor was telling the FBI "We don't take orders from a Zionist government..." I turned the tv off, and burned all the past seasons I bought on DVD, and I'm not even kidding

when i found myself wondering when jack bauer has time to go to the bathroom i knew i was losing interest
 
I'll be watching/rooting for Duke. Then tune into 24 to watch/root for Jack. Also, would it be too much to ask to see Jack pull out a HTC Incredible to locate the terrorists? A boy can dream....

That would be Incredible since the show is sponsored by Sprint. I watched last week to see if he had the EVO yet...he didn't.:)

This is going to be the last season, and there is a confirmed release of a movie to come out SOON.:rolleyes:
 
Steven58, how did you not capitalize on your earlier thought?

The HTC Mirage...you see it off in the distance, but once you get close it disappears. Fits the Incredible perfect, and even sounds like a phone name.
 
i have been reading the forums for the last 3 weeks on a daily basis and im sure like everyone here i am very anxious to get my hands on this phone. i read earlier that someone had a friend that was a best buy mobile manager and that she had found in the system a new phone for verizon arriving at the end of the month. i did some digging and found that indeed a new phone will be available at best buy on the 29 for verizon. i also found that the in stock date is going to be on the 25. In the inventory system the phone does not have a model or description but i dont know of any other new phone that is suppose to launch this month. This coincides with a lot of information from sources that have posted a date in the end of april. Now this could very well not be a solid release date since release dates can be pushed back but typically what has happened in the past with verizon and best buy launching phones is that verizon usually gets them a week before best buy mobile is able to sell them. i know this still doesnt give a concrete release date but at least we know best buy mobile will hopefully carry the phone at the end of the month. here is a snapshot
