ok in order to help, get us back up to speed on what your hboot, baseband(radio), and if you are locked unlocked and or s-off or s-on. i kind of skimmed the previous posts.

Which ruu are you trying to run?
You can try this one that is run from your computer while your phone is in fastboot mode (in the bootloader screen)

well if you trully want to be unrooted you will need to unlock the bootloader thru HTCdev again. then we can downgrade your misc partition so that you can run a ruu again which will then get rid of the watermark.

so that is up to you.

Then you will need to unlock the bootloader again, as Ocn suggested, with HTC Dev method. and then we can go from there.

the guide above has an unrooting section. please read that. it is very involved but it will remove the watermark and get you so it says s-on and locked.
