Ok, so imagine you are in this scenario:
You have run the OTA on a stock rooted/s-off/unlocked Evo V successfully.
You have run the RUU to revert back to the 1.13 version prior to the OTA.
You attempt to install the update OTA and the system assures you that you have the latest version.
What in the heck can be done to update both the radio and system files in one shot easily? I have the complete update in all its glory (/sarcasm) in the original zip file. Unfortunately it cannot be installed via TWRP. Is there a folder that it can be placed in at the root of the phone so that the system now will run the update? Or can anyone make this flashable via the custom recovery? There just seems to be no easy way for someone using stock to get this darned thing installed to bring your stock rom up to version 1.14.652.0.
