Root Leaked Jelly Bean update list

Sadly We aren't on the List to get Jelly Bean, Evo 3D or Evo V

The Devices on HTC's List to get Jelly Bean are

  • HTC One X+ (Evitare)
  • HTC One XL (Evita)
  • HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE (Fireball)
  • HTC EVO 4G LTE (Jewel)
  • HTC One SV (K2)
  • HTC One VX (Totem C2)
  • HTC One S (Ville)
  • HTC One S C2 (Ville C2)
  • HTC J (Valente)

The One X isn't on the List since it's already gotten its jelly Bean Update... Although the HTC One S C2 (Ville C2) gives me hope that we'll see a Port since its also a Snapdragon S3 Device like ours. Or even the HTC J since its also a WiMAX Device

thats all nice and sweet but any ports still wont have that 3d camera swag and that mms love

I agree.

The Viper3D ROM is already based on the HTC One S (ville c2) Sense 4.1 build so upgrading it to JB shouldn't be that much of a stretch as long as virus is willing to develop for the Evo 3D/V long enough to do that.

Thought I read somewhere that their priority is on phones released this year. Then, they'd "take a look" at phones from 2011. Though I'm not so sure we'd get it even then since the 3D is EOL'd for Sprint. Doubt they care enough about V-Mob to update us.

Thanks for the info Mobster. A bit disappointing, but like others have said this is still somewhat good news for us as porting may be possible.
 
The Evo V 4G is now a forgotten / abandoned phone since you can't even find it on htc's product page and not to mention some of us paid over $300 for this phone that's now being sold for only $140................... IMO they just want the phone off their hands and into yours............ Jelly Bean is out of the question since even not even Rumor sites mention this phone

Devs might stick around for the 3D and to use the phone to its full life expectancy........ Then again lack of 3D and 4G Source will forever hinder development

I got mine on Amazon for like...150...Bargain hunter, am I.

I just want to see an OFFICIAL sense 4.0 on this bad boy. Sense 4 AND 3D?! I think my head would explode from the awesome.
 
I paid $270 with free shipping from RS on launch day, considering I paid almost as much for the Intercept and Triumph I'm happy. :p
