From what was stated earlier in the thread, occasionally BB gets the jump on a release, however this will not be the case with the Incredible. This came from another member, so take it for what it's worth.

So does this mean we can go to big red and tell them the jig is up, give us your official information about the device as well as the VerizonWireless.com release date?
 
They are keeping what this phone looks like SO under wraps! I wonder if it won't be just gorgeous when it releases. I kinda think we might be in for some real surprises, because I've never seen something so secretive. We don't have much longer guys. I've been here since October lurking and joined in December. The wait appears to be almost over. Can't wait!

I don't have an exact answer to your question, but if you look at the .pdf it states that the LG Cosmos will be available to "4 Table Stores" on April 25th, but you can already get your LG Cosmos on the VZW website

Yeah, I'm thinking that we're going to get this phone from Verizon a few days before we can get it from Best Buy.
 
oh man, what a great day. Goes down with Flickr day, The day NKT joined us, and the day Stericson shared his info as great days in the Incredible forum.

Who wouldn've though I could be so happy about info for a phone that isn't even officially announced yet.
 
Could anyone else see Verizon sending out the same pictures with different hidden codes to all stores to try and track down leaks? I need to put down the Orwell.
 
Damn it. I know I'm missing something important, but can't really read everything as I'm in class and on my BB Tour. Anyone want to enlighten me with one post?

this is an amazing day, i remember the day this thread started, a few days after the video was released...its amazing to see all of us still here and going crazy for this phone, and now it seems as if we have one more turn to make and then its onto the home stretch
 
I'm with Nash. I think the 'leaked' VZW ad was meant both for us and at us. They definitely read this thread, and our 12 million twitters to them. At this point, the phone release must be so imminent that they feel like they can dangle the carrot for us, build the buzz, and let it rip.

I just e-mailed support through the vzw site to ask "since it is being released on the 25th through BestBuy can I pre-order mine here now?"

Lets see what canned response I get back.
