FOR ALL THAT CAN'T SEE THE PIC OR WANNA CATCH UP--

The pics confirm Verizon is going to release the Incredible 04/29- they will start advertising 04/25 in a circular to be released for all the phones. All they are saying on these pics is talking about the plan for marketing (releases in 4/25 circular and will be available in all stores)There is not any actual information as to the way the phone looks or specs. But the one thing confirmed- it will be called the incredible (why else would it be referred to as the incredible? :D)

I think once you are out of the manufactures warranty, and you use use your warranty from verizon you have to pay the deductible reguardless. Like I did for my dare (screen was not responding, had it for 2 years) and they made me pay the $50 deductible.

Plus, half the time they know more about the phone than the VZW rep anyway. It's really sort of sad.

This isn't me, I am just reporting what I heard: Well According to a VZW rep Best Buy sells pre-tested, and -used phones instead of the new phone you perceive you're buying. Don't hate the messenger.
 
ok the last thing i saw was kappy's post with the ad for the new phones. it looks like a few new things have surfaced in the last few hours. would anyone be kind enough to fill me in on any good news?? :)
 
Too bad Amazon couldn't get the Incredible first, what a coup that would be. Phones on there are cheaper than my NE2 will be now and I don't have to pay tax on the full retail CA 9.25%. So even on a free Pre Plus it costs $55.
 
You mean I might actually be able to get rid of this Samsung Juke i bought off craigllist to save on data fees until the Icredible came out.

So....if all this info doesn't pan out (I'm sure it's all good) or if this release gets delayed, I'm leaving Verizon instantly.
 
What was the difference in release dates between BB and VZW with the Droid. That was a flagship device and I'd assume the Incredible will be one too. Perhaps well see the Incredible in corporate stores prior to the 29th?
 
The 29th is 6 days before my anniversary. Time to start hinting to my wife about how much I hate my current phone. Thanks MM and Kappy for my work productivity being a big fat 0 today. Can't wait for the 29th!

Its actually Best Buy's release date for the phone and their plans on marketing for the incredible right?

Verizon might come out with the phone sooner, and even come to the website sooner IMO.

Don't take all of this as literal and concrete. We don't know with absolute certainty that anything will be released on the 25th or the 29th, regardless of what has floated in today. Until VZW makes the announcement themselves, nothing is official. I'm really hoping all of this is true, just like you are, but I'm not gonna bet anything on it and get my hopes up again.
 
With the 29th as a launch date, that means that we will see info on the phone hitting the airwaves soon and the district/regional people will probably have them in hand here soon to play with
 
I wonder how quickly this thread will change from I HATE VZW to I LOVE VZW! (Steven? :p) with this release date (which is STILL unconfirmed by Verizon themselves). I will give them kudos for the box ad though.....now we just gotta see if one of them insiders actually posts here or just lurks...........
