Look again. It says the devour launch date was the 25th of February when it came out about a month later.
You should be able to buy without a contract if you wanna fork over the prob 500+ dollars for it. the devour did come out the 25th at best buy it came out later at verizon store
Actually, the devour did launch in Feb at BB. It was out there a month before you could buy it through Verizon.
There's no way it did.
1. It wouldn't make sense to give it to best buy a month before themselves, especially when they make more (or I should say lose less) at their own stores.
2. If it was, why did they bother to announce it the day before their release at ctia when it had been out at bb and isn't really new.
3. I doubt the best buy site would still say new over it.
does best buy sell the phones unsubsidized?
so your telling me a phone for Verizon was at BB before it was even in Verizon stores?
Whats the point of that?
Btw- I didn't read through everyone's posts because I'm short on time, but I will say this about the Cosmos being on there for 04/25..
You cannot buy the Cosmos from Best Buy right now.
^ I agree. I also want to know how often it has happened.
I'd rather not buy it from best buy in case I have issues with it, geek squad not only flat out lies to customers, they bend rules like crazy. Took me 7 months to replace a laptop under 3 year accidental with a fried mobo (the first MONTH they kept saying it was software and not covered - it didn't even get to post damn it) and they said they get "4 tries" to fix it but they kept saying tries "did not count" because they misdiagnosed the problem. This was backed up by calls to corporate so it wasn't just my best buy. From what I hear, they do that for any of the more expensive computers (mine was a Gateway FX), which are the only computers worth spending $300 on a warranty for in the first place.
