Root Camera crash causes settings bug

Currently running the latest MTDev CM7 build (20121015) and have had this problem for awhile..
Camera will open just fine, but then switching to FFC will crash it, common issue.
What also happens with that, is my notification power widget and settings won't work.
If I turn off wifi from the widget, it will turn itself back on.
If I turn off wifi from settings, it will turn itself back on.
Same for all other settings, including those not in CM settings such as screen orientation and brightness.
Usually I just reboot into recovery and wipe Dalvik and that fixes the problem for maybe 2 days, and then sometimes the camera will switch back and forth without any problems.
I've tried full system wipe/factory resets to no avail..
Any rhyme or reason to these problems?

I have seen people mention issues with settings not sticking. I personally haven't has this happen to me or my wife. Both are running 10-15. My phone (just saw my ugly mug) will switch from back to front every time without issue. On the two test ROMs I know the camera seems borked.

Basicly, If you have other apps on the phone, if it's not too inconviniet, reload just the ROM + gapps and let me know.

Just did a full reinstall of the ROM, installed everything from scratch and restored my app backups from there..
Camera still having the same issue of FFC crashing almost every time until a certain reboot "fixes" it, and the settings bug is still happening.
