Differences between ICS and JB?

I have flash on my GNex running JB. My understanding was as long as you grabbed it before 8/15 ?

I tried sideloading Flash on my Nexus 7. That part works fine. What doesn't work is finding a browser that accepts it.

I'm really steamed DolphinHD had to push an update that killed Flash support on Jellybean. I mean, why...? Deactivate it by default but don't kill it. You just push me away from using your browser.

So I tried Firefox beta (aka Aurora). Trouble is it keeps asking me to "install plug-in". Um hello, Flash Player 11 is installed. I followed all the directions on xda-developers. Still not working.

On the other hand, I did get my ICS Galaxy S3 working by the xda-dev fix.

The problem here is Amazon Instant Video. I have work arounds for most of the other video sites I visit. But Amazon needs to step up to the plate. Otherwise they push me to get my content at Google Play (or that grey market). Ideally I want to see an AIV apk in the Play store available to all Android users and not just Kindle Fire. Heck, I'll take an APK in the Amazon App Store. The question is just how much does Amazon want my future money for video content?

It's very frustrating. I came from the iTunes world when I learned the merits of cloud video streaming vs local storage. Amazon won me over last year with their video store. Being able to play on my computer, mobile devices or Roku box nailed it. Now it seems they've taken a step backward. Evolve or die Amazon. (And yeah I know all about the "grey market". It's been my fallback ever since Doctor Who debuted in the UK in 2005 and no American TV channel was ballsy enough to lease it. As much as I love the ease of use ::cough::no DRM::cough::, I prefer to support my favorite shows with paid subscriptions. The rest I wait till they hit Netflix.)

Ok I finally got Flash and Amazon Instant Video working on my Nexus 7 running Jellybean. It was a 3 step process:

1) sideload Flash APK
2) Install another browser (Dolphin works but Xbrowser is better)
3) Configure browser to see desktop versions of Amazon website (otherwise Amazon doesn't serve up the Flash player).

Then Amazon goes and releases its Instant Video app for iOS. WTF?! Seriously irritating me guys.

I'm loving the Google Now cards and voice functions. My phone pretty much just sticks to my baseball scores and weather (I work at home so there's no commute to report). I want it to launch a playlist from Google Music next. The potential is there.

Thank you both for the links but I'm not wanting to know about roms or technical differences between ICs and JB.

I wanted to know what people using it have found as positives and/or negatives since receiving the Official JB OTA.

User feedback kind of thing. :)
Hi Bren S,
As a humble user i was asking the same question and the most un- Hieroglyph answer i could find is done by a user named gossipdroid here it is three major difference, actually changes.

well there are a number of improvements in JB. The 3 big ones are
1) Notification actions - From the notification bar you can perform certain actions if the app allows. Such as end a call, replly to a text, play/pause skip music.

2) project butter- The interface has been given a boost in speed so the whole os feels buttery smooth
3) Google now (which can be hacked into ICS) is a new search experience that has 2 components -
Cards, which is googles attempt to help you, be it traffic stats, driving directions, weather. Lets say Google knows you have an appointment across town, and with gps and traffic knows it is 45 min away, it will prompt you 45 before appt to go.

the other facet of google now is enhanced voice search and voice actions.

There is more, but those are some of the highlights.

---------------------------------------------- Here it ends --------------------------if you find it helpful. ....... then smile ...........
