I have used IE 9/10 Safari Google Chrome, when I start to download MediaFire tells me the uploader needs to upgrade to premium to allow downloads..

I have metropcs and after doing the whole tutorial (everything went great no errors) it rebooted a couple of times but now it's just stuck on the white metropcs screen.. What to do?
